Where Do I Park?
Do you take kids under 3?
Please make sure to park in the designated assigned parking spots labeled on the curb. Additional parking can be found in the neighborhood behind the building on Prescott Lane, or across the street at SafeWay.
We do not offer lessons for kids under the age of three.
Which class is best for me?
Depending on your ability and mobility a therapist will determine what aquatic therapy is best suited for you. Please call to discuss this with a representative further.

Can I film or take photos of my child during session?
No, to respect the privacy of other children and staff in the pool we do not allow video or phots to be taken.
Do you offer group lessons?
We start all swimming lessons private one on one with an instructor until we feel they are ready to start a small group.

What should I bring?
Since we provide all equipment needed, and body care products. you only need to bring your suit and a towel. However, if you have a particular item like goggles or workout equipment you love then you may bring them. If you need something we don't have please bring it to the aquatic director's attention, so we can purchase the items needed.

What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hour notice for all cancellations. With little availability we do not offer makeups.

Do you offer open swim?
No, we do not offer open swim.
What days are you closed?
Our Packages are sold in a set of 4 sessions, therefore we close every month on the days that have 5 days in the month.
For Example: If there are 5 Mondays we will close on that 5th Monday of the month.Below is a picture of closures marked in a red X.
